Refund & cancellation policy
Cancelling
A school can cancel its subscription by writing to support@letssmartshala.com from the principal’s or owner’s email address. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless agreed otherwise.
Refunds

Your data after cancelling
Before your access ends you can ask for an export of your school’s data. After that, you can ask for it to be deleted.
